Back to blogging for now anyway!

I am back to blogging
(for now anyway).

I let myself get hurt and vulnerable feelings so easily.
I needed a break from sharing my life.
But, I am back and taking life one day at a time.
I now walk 3 miles a day which makes me feel so happy.
I have been really busy with sports and school for the kids
(today is the last day of school, yeah!)
And of course I love cooking.
I have been cooking almost everyday. I love watching cooking shows on T.V.

I am starting my own clothing and dog clothing business with a friend and that keeps me really busy!
We are still in the creating and getting our samples together stage.
I can't wait for the day we have our product ready to go into stores!

And of course now that summer vacation is officially here it's time to get the motorhome out and go on our annual vacations.

We are also going to be gone every weekend to travel around to Cailey's track meets. Cerrito's this weekend, San Diego next weekend, and Las Vegas the weekend after that.
The weather is beautiful this time of year which makes being outdoors even better.
I am looking forward to a good summer enjoying my kids, my dogs, my life!

My little track star! part one

Cailey has been running track this season for United track club. She is truly talented at it and is amazing to watch.
Her seasons final track meet, co-conference championships (Ventura County and Southern California) was held in Carpinteria this year.
Her Grandpa and Jenna came to watch her run. Courtney also tries to make it to all of her meets.
She ended up with 3 first places and one second place!
She received 1st place in the 200 meters with a time of 30:13, 2nd in the 100 meters at 14:27 (first place was 14:25) so close, 1st place in the 400 meters at 1:07.88, and 1st place in the 4x400 relay with a time of 4:53.33 wow! A new record breaking time!
She has been invited to run with an after season club called the Comets to try to get to the Jr. Olympics in Sacramento. It is going to be an exciting year and I am so proud of her!

My little track star! part two

Cailey's new bike

Cailey bought herself a new bike with her birthday money!
She was so excited and when she saw this bike she new it was the one she had to have.
She came home and rode it until it was to dark to ride anymore.
She bought herself this cute little basket to go with it!
